These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the CROD Trading online store and your purchase of products through it. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Orders & Pricing

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Applicable Puerto Rico sales tax (IVU), including state and municipal components, is calculated and itemized at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel any order.

Payments

Online card payments are processed securely by PlacetoPay (Evertec). You will be redirected to PlacetoPay's secure hosted page to enter your card details; CROD Trading does not collect or store your full card information. By submitting a payment you authorize the charge of the order total, including taxes, to your selected payment method.

Order Confirmation

An order is confirmed once payment is approved. You will receive an order confirmation, and the payment status is available under your account's order history. If a payment is declined or left pending, the order may not be processed until payment is completed.

Refunds & Cancellations

Requests for refunds, returns or cancellations are handled according to our customer service policy. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. To request assistance, contact us at info@crodtrading.com.
